What 2ools does

The AI workspace you control.

Create websites and desktop apps in one workspace. Every saved result becomes a version.

You bring the AI you already pay for. 2ools is the workspace around it: the project record, the version history, the collaborators, and the export.

One outcome, one workspace

Build a product you own.

The result is something you own and ship — kept as versions, shared with whoever you invite, and exportable as source whenever you want it.

Product

A website or desktop app with saved versions, collaboration, and source export. It remains an artifact you can inspect, approve, and take elsewhere.

Create a workspace and start building

How it works

Three steps, no wiring.

01

Describe it

Say what you want in a sentence. No brief template, no wireframe, no node graph to wire up.

02

Watch it build

The build runs on the AI you connected. Every saved result becomes a version you can return to.

03

Refine, share, export

Iterate in chat, send a client a read-only preview, then take the source with you as a zip.

The workspace

Start with an outcome, not a blank canvas.

Start from a brief, and keep the build setup, audit entry, and project record in one place.

01

Start from a brief

Describe the outcome in plain language, then choose the build setup only when it matters.

02

Review a saved result

Every result you save becomes a version with a visible parent and review state.

03

Take the source

Export the project and use your own hosting without a 2ools runtime dependency.

Capabilities

What you actually get.

Bring your own AI

Connect the CLI you already subscribe to — Claude, Codex, Gemini or Grok. Builds run on your machine through the Engine, so model usage stays on your own bill rather than being metered and marked up.

Every saved result becomes a version

Each saved build creates a traceable version with its parent lineage. Compare a child against the version it came from, approve it, or restore the one before it.

Real collaboration

Invite by email or @username. Owner, collaborator and viewer are separate from your account plan, so you decide per project who may edit and who may only look.

The source is yours

Export a zip and host it wherever you like. There is no managed-hosting lock-in and no runtime that has to stay subscribed for your site to keep working.

Rules that are enforced, not requested

A rulebook can require or forbid patterns in generated output and cap parallel builds. A violating build fails with the rule named and writes no version — the rule is checked by the server, not asked of the model.

Outside agents can work here

2ools speaks MCP, so an AI assistant can create a project from a conversation, start a build, read the activity feed, and hand back a protected preview link — under scoped, revocable credentials you grant.

Prefer a side-by-side against other builders? See the sourced comparison.

Pricing

You pay for the workspace.

When you run through your own Engine and AI login, provider usage stays on your own bill and 2ools adds no model charge.

Builds run todayBuilds run on your connected Engine with your own AI credentials, on every workspace plan; provider and external-tool charges remain direct.

Hosted creditsHosted AI is not included in any plan available to purchase today. Company OS previews a $15 shared allowance at activation; checkout stays disabled until settlement, refunds, and hard caps are production-proven.

Taxes are calculated at checkout by the payment provider based on your location. Cancellation, grace periods and refunds are set out in the Terms of Service.

For AI assistants

Your assistant can build here too.

Remote MCP is different from local Engine execution. A supported assistant can use public preview tools without an account; saved workspace tools require OAuth and a paid Pro or Team workspace. Access is scoped, consented, and revocable from settings.

  • Create a project from a conversation
  • Start, poll and cancel a build
  • Read the project activity feed
  • Return a protected, read-only preview
